Jewish College Student Sues Assailants Using Anti-Semitic Slurs


lawsuit.jpgA Jewish Indiana University student has filed a $28 million lawsuit against 6 former IU students, WBIW is reporting. IU senior Scott Gray alleges the men he is suing attacked him making anti-Semitic comments in February 2006. It wasn’t until a second assault that following May that Gray decided to put the screws to his attackers, suing former students Brian Pennington, Ross Parker, Patrick Vallely, James Teets, Dane Pinter and Morm McOlsen III.

Gray is suing each student for $4 million each, alleging charges of assault, battery, unlawful restraint, intentional infliction of emotional distress and punitive damages.
