Since Kohanim cannot go to Kevoros [See Parshas Emor], what is relevance of being near a Tziyun?
There is tremendous benefit in davening near kivrei tzadikim, provided there are no halachic shaalas. To my knowledge this is not the case in Uman. Rabbi Lombard, Taharas Hakohanim.
