An NYPD Officer was shot in Brooklyn, Thursday afternoon.
It happened at around 4:30 near Pitkin Avenue & Legion Street.
The officer was reportedly shot in the arm and was transported to Kings County Hospital.
A police investigation into the incident is ongoing. A gun was reportedly recovered at the scene.
