STAMFORD HILL: Two Jewish Seminary Girls Caught in Chaotic Accident, Seriously Hurt


Two seminary girls in the Stamford Hill neighborhood of London were seriously injured, including one with severe head trauma, after they were struck by a falling electric pole while walking on the street.

The accident occurred at the Amhurst Park and Stamford Hill junction, when a bus driver lost control of his vehicle and slammed into a pole, which then struck the girls.

Hatzalah of Stamford Hill was at the scene within moments and began treating the girls at the scene before one was transported by ambulance and another by helicopter to the hospital. Both have serious injuries.
