Donald Trump says all documents signed by autopen under Joe Biden are “terminated,” in a legally uncertain move as the US president escalates attacks on his predecessor.
“Any document signed by Sleepy Joe Biden with the Autopen, which was approximately 92% of them, is hereby terminated, and of no further force or effect,” Trump says on social media.
“I am hereby cancelling all Executive Orders, and anything else that was not directly signed by Crooked Joe Biden, because the people who operated the Autopen did so illegally.”

Those that are Executive Orders are of course cancelable by a subsequent president (i.e. the next Democratic president will cancel any and all of Trump’s executive orders). However those that affect rights of third parties are trickier. At the very least, they may demand compensation for any money spent on reliance of the order (this is based on common law of contracts). Appointments are also trickier. If it is someone Trump can fire (and he hasn’t already), no problem – but if Trump tries to do it retroactively there is a problem.
The Constitution does not say the President has to “sign” anything, he merely has to “approve”. This doesn’t have to be in writing (note the there is no requirement that the president be intellectually and/or physically capable of signing name). Note that some English kings were in fact illiterate, and they approved laws orally.

I so absolutely 100% agree with President Donald Trump שליט”א. Actually this crooked joe & מכשפה harris need to be locked up for life without possibility of parole, for having willfully violated the law with this auto-pen.
And I declare all pardons and executive orders by this degenerate adulterous felon to be null and void. Has the same effect.
That’s not how it works. To challenge any document you would have to prove that Biden didn’t authorize it. And how can you do that?
And what on earth can Trump mean about bringing Biden up on perjury charges? Biden can say whatever he likes. He’s not under oath, so he’s under no obligation to tell the truth. If he says he authorized a specific document, then the onus is on Trump to prove he didn’t, and even then he can’t charge Biden.
