  1. Children? Are you kidding?

What will you tell your children if in 60 years there is a child in his class who has two male parents?

    Are you ill?!

Take the words Mishkav zochor out of the torah…apikorisis is what you are suggesting!

And once your at it, erase all the womens names from the holy torah…

    For shame!

  2. Thank you, Mr. Greenfield for supplying an honest answer to this important question. And a big Yasher Koach for speaking out about this issue long before anyone else did. That’s why I tune in each and every week!

  3. getzel1, get the tape of rav rifter speaking in his yeshiva to hundreds of bochrim, and stop living in a cave please

  4. Dear David and the YWN. Thanks for this feature, I listen every week.

My question is, why isnt the frum community ashamed that they did not vote simcha felder into the senate, and instead allowed mr kevin parker to win re-election and now gets arrested for assaulting a ny post photographer?

Are they not ashamed of this?

  5. to #1 – Your children should not be on the internet, if they somehow access the internet, you have to educate them. Tell them that there are people who are perverted and have abberant behaviors that are against the Torah. Children have to know the evils that lurk out there. They dson’t have to know the details, but, forewarned is forearmed.

  6. What impact does bias American media coverage on “the middle east conflict” have on Middle eastern politics, if any? Additionaly how can we prevent anti-Israel bias from having negetive(if this is in-fact the case) affects on the aforementioned?

  7. My children were taught TORAH! They know that Toeiva is not the proper way to live. There is Yossi and Avi, only Yossi and Chavi!

  8. 9.My children were taught TORAH! They know that Toeiva is not the proper way to live. There is Yossi and Avi, only Yossi and Chavi!

That should read, There is NO Yossi and Avi, only Yossi and Chavi…

  9. Greenfield, does it have to be a secret who the Rov in EY you ask is?
And, after hearing what you have to say about values, I’m beginning to wonder, why don’t YOU run for State Senate?
BUT, we definitely do NOT believe in “compromising” by supporting same-gender “unions”. According to the Tora BOTH are wrong, and it’s not up to us to “compromise”…

  10. getzel1 is not wrong. its an issue that is better ignored. as a conversational piece, that is. there is no problem with talking about it in torah. also, it makes plenty of sense not to tell kids about these issues. do you thin that every 2nd grader understands what really happened between yehuda and tamar [i chose that because its in bereishis and discusses a topic that 7 year olds shouldnt really deal with]? some issues can be adressed nicely without lying to the kid. there is a way to teach torah to kids. kids do NOT necesarily need to read about Mishkov-Zochordigge politics just to say they dont live in a cave.

1] You asked What will i tell my children if in 60 years if there is a child in his class who has two male parents?
Answer: I don”t know were you are from, but as far as I believe even in 1000 years Orthodox schools won”t let children of same gender parents into their schools.
2] You asked that Take the words Mishkav zochor out of the torah…apikorisis is what you are suggesting!
Answer: are you nuts? Maybe we shall teach every second grader the exact definition of וַיֵּ֨דַע אָדָ֥ם אֶת־אִשְׁתּ֔וֹ
3] you wrote And once your at it, erase all the women’s names from the holy Torah…
    For shame!
Answer: I don’t understand the question?

answer: You are right about that children shall not be on the Internet, but YWN is not VIN ןהמבין יבין

Answer: teaching TORAH means the definition of every posuk even at a young age? Please let me know what school your kids are at, I want to make sure not to send my kids there.

When there was the parade in yerushalayim most gedolim held it is better to ignore it then protest it.
