NYS Senator Proposed Vote by Mail Ballots

NYS Senator Kirsten Gillibrand is among 5 senators pushing legislation to make voting by mail an option for states but critics say it could lead to voter fraud.

Senator Gillibrand says voting by mail would save taxpayer dollars, expand voter participation and reduce the growing cost of elections. The state of Oregon has been using vote by mail ballots since 1998.

A package of bills was introduced by the senators that would make it easier for states to institute the same vote-by-mail process currently used in Oregon.

“Vote by mail would help more New Yorkers participate in our democracy” says Senator Gillibrand. “We know every American faces some type of obstacle to get to polling places on election day.  A vote by mail system provides every citizen with a convenient and secure opportunity to make their voice heard.”

  1. Another way this liberal progresives looking to still the elections. I just hope they fail in their foot steps.

  2. Sen.Gillibrand has been getting some hot responses from her constituents, so she needs to fire up the illegal voter bloc. They are most of those who “find it difficult” to get to vote. And, if they are in jail for immigration fraud, or being deported back to what they unfailingly refer to as “my country”, they will find it very hard to vote (illegally) here in the USA.
As more Americans wake up to the fact that the Obama regime wants to install fascist-type state control in place of individualist, capitalist representative democracy, Obama and his crew will ruthlessly exploit problems and create “crises” to justify gutting the American tradition of freedom.
