The levaya for the Mir Rosh Yeshiva HaGaon HaRav Nosson Tzvi Finkel Zatzal is scheduled to begin at 12:00 noon at the Mir. Leading roshei yeshiva and admorim are expected to be in attendance. Some reports state that Posek HaDor HaGaon HaRav Elyashiv Shlita will be in attendance despite his weakened condition.

A number of roshei yeshiva, including HaGaon HaRav Yosef Sholom Elyashiv Shlita have announced that rabbonim and talmidim alike should take part in the levaya to give a last kovod to the niftar zt”l and Kovod HaTorah.

The Rosh Yeshiva HaGaon HaRav Aaron Yehuda Leib Shteinman Shlita has instructed roshei yeshiva and avreichim to attend the levaya. Regarding yeshivos ketanos, the Rav instructed them to continue with their daily seder of learning.
