VIDEO/PHOTOS: PM Netanyahu Meets With US Ambassador To Israel David Friedman

Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Tuesday, 20 Iyar, at the Prime Minister’s Office in Jerusalem, met with US Ambassador to Israel David Friedman. Ambassador Friedman officially presented his credentials to President Reuven Rivlin on Tuesday as well.

Prime Minister Netanyahu:

“Welcome. It’s a pleasure to see you and to welcome you to Jerusalem, our eternal capital. I know you went to the Kosel. It’s deeply appreciated by all our people.”

Ambassador Friedman:

“There was no other place to go.”

Prime Minister Netanyahu:

“It was a strong gesture of solidarity. We look forward to receiving President Trump and we want to work with you and with the President these coming years to strengthen our great alliance.”

Ambassador Friedman:

“We will.”
