Shushan Barabi, 35, is in police custody following a three-day manhunt. He is alleged to have been driving the vehicle involved in a fatal hit-and-run in Netanya on Friday night, an accident that claimed the lives of three women. Police apprehended him hiding out in a warehouse owned by his family.

The victims of the incident, 25, 56, and 66 were related, all heading to a Friday night dinner at the home of a family member.

The suspect has a criminal past as well as links to the city’s underworld community.
