After his historic visit to Hamas-controlled Gaza in October 2012, the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani is scheduled to arrive in �Palestine�, visiting in Ramallah with PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas (Abu Mazen) in the very near future.
According to an official statement from Ramallah on Sunday, 3 Teves 5773, the Emir is expected at the latest by the end of December.
