Unseasonably cold temperatures are being reported around Eretz Yisrael along with rainfall in Yerushalayim and other cities. The rain in the capital halted as the sun rose, but temperatures are not expected to pass 16C (60.8F). The temperature on Wednesday night the eve of 8 Iyar 5773 is expected to drop to 7C (44F) in the capital.
Thursdays forecast calls for a high of 18C (65F) with a 40% chance of rain, followed by a partly cloudy erev Shabbos and Shabbos. Temperatures in Yerushalayim on Sunday 11 Iyar are not expected to be higher than 16C with a 60% chance of showers.
