The condition of the pedestrian struck about 10 days ago on Route 9, has deteriorated. Sources says Refoel Baruch ben Esther Henya is in �very critical condition,� after coming down with severe issues. �The doctors are not very happy,� a source said.

The Meshulach, from Eretz Yisroel, remains in Jersey Shore Medical Center.
