Tov party officials in Yerushalayim on Tuesday morning filed a complaint with Ministry of the Interior Election Committee officials. The complaint pertains to voting station 324, Kiryat Yovel. A party poll watcher that checked the station saw that the party�s voting ballot slips, Ayin-Daled� were tampered with and a white circle was drawn around the ayin. Any modification to the ballot will render it invalid.

Election Committee Chairman Attorney Asher Axelrod has sent a committee representative to inspect the situation and has ordered accepting the ballots with the circle as legitimate in the event they appear in the ballot box at day�s end.

In another incident, Degel Hatorah activists reportedly beat Tov activists in Ramat Shlomo. One Degel campaign worker overturned a Tov table and knocked literature to the ground. Fighting erupted.
