At a time the IDF is somewhat occupied with Operation Brothers Return, someone saw fit to puncture the tires of a military vehicle during a visit to Yishuv Yitzhar in Shomron by an area commander.
The incident resulted in widespread condemnation from the left and right-wing, including Minister of the Economy Naftali Bennett. Bennett explained to Israel Radio �In my estimation, we are dealing with a very small number of extremists and they must be brought to justice. It is time to stop playing around and they must be apprehended and stopped�. Bennett added he is quite certain such acts are not representative of the residents of the community.
A spokesman for the community condemned the action and told the media that it appears the responsible youths are not residents of the community.

If the call kidnaped youth to the police was a prank and no one cared , this tire was punctured by an arab as revenge not by a jew
