The  Al-Maydeen TV report is unconfirmed however there are a series of negotiations that are taking place  and a issue that is currently on the table are these fallen soldier’s remains. 1. Bibi,
Gd gave you a second chance to redeem what wasn’t done yet. Leave no one alive from Hamas then go in and get them -enough already.

  2. they are dead and still they don’t want to return them…

kill all their captured people one by one until they return the bodies of the boys show them no mercy then they will learn

  3. In the articles I’ve read on this topic, Israel rejected Hamas’s deal to trade bodies for prisoners. You guys are saying Hamas rejected Israel’s deal. Which is right?

  4. Yeah, just accuse their captives and surrendered of being spies and apply THEIR law and dissolve them! Like anewuser suggests, one by one until they return our boys at which time we’ll pardon them!

  5. This report cannot be true and some type of cruel Hamas scam. There was a levayah held last week for one of the two missing soldiers, Hadar Goldin, A’H, so there cannot be a “body” to trade.

  6. 9.

You “might” be a Gadolhadorah but you are no Gadol b’Torah. Halocha dictates that there are certain limbs etc that one needs to survive and if they are not there, one cannot live. Thus, the rabonim in the IDF were able to pasken on his p’tira even without a complete guf just by what was recovered.

Granted, there may have been a l’vaya of sorts, and even that is questionable, meaning there may not have been a l’vaya.

  7. #8 More likely than not Oron was killed together with the others when the tank was blown up but Goldin might well be alive. Whatever it is, they didn’t really bury anything.
“the IDF “‘rabbis'”, huh? They’re as trustworthy as the kashrus of IDF. How much chillul Shabbos is caused because of these “rabbis” whoa are one of the reasons charedim wouldn’t dare enlist.

#9 You’re so naive. They never said they had their bodies. At the 2 funerals some of their items that were found were buried maybe even with some blood on it.

  8. Infortunately, from what I have read, it’s body parts that they are negotiating for, not a complete body. Hamas is breathing, but they are not human.
