A one-year-old girl was injured in a Shomron rock-throwing attack on Wednesday, 2 Rosh Chodesh Elul near Yitzhar. The rocks were hurled at the vehicle in which the girl was traveling, originating from the Arab village of Burin.

The victim’s mother was driving the car at the time of the attack. She continued traveling to the IDF brigade command where the child received preliminary medical treatment. The child was then transported to Schneider Children’s Hospital in Petach Tikvah. B’chasdei Hashem her injuries are not described as serious.
