New York’s Republican gubernatorial candidate and his wife arrived at their polling place with their three children in tow.

Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino and his wife Sheila voted Tuesday at the Hawthorne elementary school.

Their 5-year-old daughter, Ashlin, stood at her father’s side as he voted.

Answering reporters’ questions afterward, Astorino said his Democratic opponent, Gov. Andrew Cuomo, “pumped millions” of dollars into “nasty, false ads.”

Asked to comment, Cuomo campaign spokesman Matt Wing said that was “a nasty thing to say on Election Day.”

Astorino also said his own campaign had “energy” and “momentum.” He said he was “poised to make history.”
