HaGaon HaRav Mordechai Ashkenazi Shlita, mora d�asra of Kfar Chabad, was on his way to Tiveria on Wednesday morning 23 Teves when he sustained a heart attack. He went into cardiac arrest.

The rav was heading to the beis hachaim in Tiveria on the yahrzeit of his father. B�H he pulled his vehicle over when he was not feeling well and he summoned assistance. After prolonged advanced life support he was transported to a hospital in serious condition.
