HaGaon HaRav Mordechai Ashkenazi Shlita, mora d’asra of Kfar Chabad, was on his way to Tiveria on Wednesday morning 23 Teves when he sustained a heart attack. He went into cardiac arrest.
The rav was heading to the beis hachaim in Tiveria on the yahrzeit of his father. B”H he pulled his vehicle over when he was not feeling well and he summoned assistance. After prolonged advanced life support he was transported to a hospital in serious condition.
The tzibur is asked to be mispallel for Mordechai Shmuel ben Devorah bsoch kol cholei am yisrael.
