Officials at Rambam Medical Center in Haifa earlier in the week received a complaint regarding a 31-year-old, a resident of one of the Israeli Arab villages in the Galil, who was impersonating a resident. The hospital�s security department was placed on alert and the photo of the man was distributed.

On Thursday morning 14 Adar the culprit was taken into custody as he was reporting to the hospital for his day�s work. He was in the hospital heading to one of the units when he was apprehended. They security officials waited as they watched him. They wanted to apprehend him �red handed� so they did not move in until he dressed in his medical uniform. He was taken into custody and handed over to police.

The person who alerted the hospital even directed them to the suspect�s Facebook page where he proudly shows himself in his medical attire.

Rambam officials have notified the Ministry of Health and the hospital and ministry are conducting an investigation.
