Officials of Magen David Adom blood services announce a critical shortage of O+, O negative, B negative and A negative blood. Blood bank officials are using the media to send the message to citizens, to donate blood. Blood bank officials remind potential donors that they are insured in the event they need blood chas v’sholom for a year by giving blood.

One may give blood in blood donation centers and MDA stations nationwide. Persons wishing to do so may call 03-530-0400 for additional information. Anyone wishing to arrange for a group donation of 20 units or more should phone 03-530-0402/69.
