Rabbi Aaron Ramati, the principal of the Be’er Miriam School in Yerushalayim who was arrested on Sunday, 14 Iyar, has been hospitalized in Jerusalem’s Shaare Zedek Medical Center. Ramati’s condition remains unclear but it is reported that the Prison Authority physician who checked him out upon arrival ordered his hospitalization. His arraignment hearing was postponed as a result.
In the interim, Jerusalem City Hall issued an evacuation order to vacate the premises as well as a demolition order to raze the building.
