Gerrer Chassidim on Tuesday night, the eve of 7 Tammuz, will not visit the tziyun of the �Lev Simcha� on his yahrzeit due to the difficult security situation on Har HaZeisim.

A notice was published in the Agudas Yisrael-affiliated Hamodia Newspaper informing chassidim that this year there will not be an organized visit to the kever. The notice reads �In light of the tense security situation and after consulting with relevant authorities, this year there will not be an aliyah to the tziyun which is located on Har HaZeisim�.

It is also pointed out that the Gerrer Tziyun was recently targeted in one of the many Arab vandalism attacks against kevarim.
