There was a fatal vehicular accident in the Binyamin Regional Council district of Shomron on erev Shabbos, 16 Tammuz. The accident involved a truck and two passenger vehicles on Route 60 near �T� Junction in the direction of Yishuv Ofra after Givat Assaf.

Magen David Adom spokesman Zaki Heller reports the call was received at 15:56. EMTs and paramedic ambulances responded, treating a total of seven injured, including three fatalities. Other sources report the fatalities are PA residents. One victim is listed in grave condition, 1 serious and the remainder light to moderate.

All the injured are being transported by the PA Red Crescent EMS.

Ichud Hatzalah EMS personnel also operated on the scene.
