While he says all the right things in response to the increase in Arab attacks in areas of Jerusalem and Highway 443, it appears Israeli voters no longer believe Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
The prime minister earlier this week visited areas plagued with a sharp increase in rock-throwing and firebomb attacks, promising a zero tolerance policy against attackers, vowing the amend the law to get much tougher with those responsible for the acts of terror. The prime minister exhibited an air of being in control and assuring Israelis he will bring a halt to the attacks.
However a Panels Politics poll released on Thursday, 4 Tishrei shows that 71% of voters are not pleased with the prime minister’s handling of the spreading attacks while only 24% expressed satisfaction.
