A criminal indictment was filed on Sunday 28 Tishrei in the Jerusalem District Court against a 23-year-old Rishon L’Tzion resident suspected of throwing rocks at Arab vehicles near Shar Shechem during a protest that followed the terror attack at the location which claimed the lives of Aaron Benita HY”D and Nechemia Lavie HY”D.

The court agreed to keep him in jail until Tuesday 30 Tishrei to permit investigators time to compile additional evidence in the case.

An attorney from Honenu will be representing the defendant. Honenu questions the arrests of Jews as widespread Arab violence continues.
