Nachal Chareidi Soldier Fined And Released in the Case of Beating a Terrorist

idffnA soldier in the Nachal Chareidi Brigade who was accused of assaulting a terrorist has been released as part of a plea-bargain agreement accepted by the prosecution and the court. He is also ordered to compensate the terrorist in the amount of NIS 1,500.

The soldier was imprisoned for two months before the agreement was reached. The soldier punched the restrained terrorist once with a closed fist. The soldier was operating in the Tulkarem area, arresting the suspect in Atil. The soldier was also agitated after finding a book about Hitler in the terrorist’s possession. It is pointed out the suspect was high on the wanted list of sought after suspects.

Honenu attorney Aron Roza represented the soldier, reaching the agreement with the military prosecutor. He was court-martialed to the rank of private and has to compensate the terrorist. The court agreed to make do with time served. Perhaps the most important component of the agreement reached by Roza is that the soldier will not have a criminal record when released from the IDF.

  1. In S’dom the law was that if someone hit you and made you bleed, you had to pay him for it. Seems that this judge is a hold-over from S’dom.

  2. Thats why NO ONE should serve in the IDF. we have judges and politician who play with life of a soldier as if its dirt!!!

when it comes to a terrorist they play it with caution but it comes to one of their own they will throw into jail for a long time.. The politicians are NO BETTER for political purposes they edanger the lifes of the soldiers (so the UN will complain a bit less), mean while soldiers were killed and injured….

    PURE EVIL
