The admorim of the Moetzas Gedolei Hatorah of Agudas Yisrael in Eretz Yisroel have instructed the council’s secretary to convene the council immediately following Purim towards following up on the last meeting, which addressed recent advances made in Israel by the Reform Movement.

It appears after being briefed by MKs, the admorim feel the need to convene again to discuss the matter as well as government attempts to become involved in chareidi education.

The council last met on 15 Adar-I, at which time the decision was made to take the offensive and become active in combating these threats that face the chareidi tzibur.
