YWN-ISRAEL recently reported the terrorist being charged in the murder of Kiryat Arba resident Avraham Hosno HY”D was facing manslaughter and not murder charges. This led to a public outcry.

The military prosecutor on Tuesday, 11 Nissan, informed the members of his family that the indictment was being amended and the charge will be murder. Family attorney Ofir Sabag told the media that his widow and other family members were pleased to hear of the military prosecutor’s decision. Sabag thanked all those who worked on the family’s behalf to have the indictment amended.
