A special Rosh Chodesh Tammuz tefilla for women is being held in memory of terror victim Hallel Yafeh Ariel HY�D. Hallel, 13, was stabbed to death in her Kiryat Arba home by a teenage Palestinian terrorist YS�VZ.

The tefilla event will take place on Wednesday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz, at 9:00AM at Beit Re�im in Kiryat Arba.
