Eyewitnesses first feared a vehicular attack when they saw a car slam into an outside caf at the Cofix branch on Yehoshua Stempfer Street in Netanya on Sunday 25 Tammuz. MDA reports receiving the call at 1:36PM.
Paramedics and EMTs responded and a total of four people were treated including an infant, all listed in light condition Baruch Hashem.
It is reported a driver mistakenly hit the gas pedal instead of the brake and the incident was not a terror attack as first feared. The driver was questioned by police on the scene.
