The manslaughter trial of IDF Sgt. Elor Azariya continues in a Jaffa Military Court. Azariya is facing manslaughter charges for shooting a wounded terrorist dead shortly after the terrorist wounded soldiers in a terrorist stabbing attack in Hebron on Purim.
The hunger strike protest will coincide with closing arguments in the trial. Activists whom have been working on the soldier’s behalf have called for the day of fast as the case winds down.
The protest will be held outside the military courthouse while the court is in session on Tuesday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Marcheshvan 5777.
