FBI Sources Believe Clinton Foundation Case Moving Towards ‘Likely an Indictment’

hilFox News Channel’s Bret Baier reports the latest news about the Clinton Foundation investigation from two sources inside the FBI. He reveals five important new pieces of information in these two short clips:

1. The Clinton Foundation investigation is far more expansive than anybody has reported so far and has been going on for more than a year.

2. The laptops of Clinton aides Cherryl Mills and Heather Samuelson have not been destroyed, and agents are currently combing through them. The investigation has interviewed several people twice, and plans to interview some for a third time.

3. Agents have found emails believed to have originated on Hillary Clinton’s secret server on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. They say the emails are not duplicates and could potentially be classified in nature.

4. Sources within the FBI have told him that an indictment is “likely” in the case of pay-for-play at the Clinton Foundation, “barring some obstruction in some way” from the Justice Department.

5. FBI sources say with 99% accuracy that Hillary Clinton’s server has been hacked by at least five foreign intelligence agencies, and that information had been taken from it.

  1. for the sake of the Republic, if she will not do the right thing and withdraw from the race, it is incumbent on the electorate to resoundingly defeat her in the ballot box.

    uviarta horaah bkirbecha.

enough Clintons, enough scandal, enough is enough…

  2. So I just can’t understand why people still like her. He’s corrupt in so many ways, has absolutely no integrity. What’s good about her?!?

  3. Not only are they likely to indict the Clintons, the counter-coup already has the AG Lynch under FBI investigation and facing federal lawsuit.

The US Security, the US Military and other departments are working on stopping the Clintons from assuming power they don’t deserve. In the non-propaganda polls Trump should be winning in a huge landslide. This can clearly be seen in their campaigns where Trump has between 20,000 and over 50,000 for each campaign, and in Hillary’s you can actually count the people.

The only way she can win this election is buy STEALING the votes. Since all or most of the polls are rigged, I wouldn’t be surprised if they’ll probably use paper ballots.

In the meantime MSMP are PREPARING HILLARY VICTORY NATION WIDE. Anyone still doubt their corruption?

  4. #3 Most people who understand what’s going on do NOT like her. That’s why, according to real polls, she only has a probably a single digit percentage of people voting for her. As I said before, look at the amount of people participating in her campaigns compared to Trump’s. Do you think mainstream media propaganda don’t know the truth?

And the ONLY way she can win is by STEALING the votes via rigged machines, stuffed ballots, dead democrats and illegal aliens voting.

You’re asking “What’s good about her?!?” Exactly what I keep asking the people on here for the longest time and nobody had an answer. I assume either they’re all related to her or well bribed. No other logical reason.

  5. Mr. Trump is a immature, dishonest menuval, and is utterly unqualified to lead this country. He is arrogant and petty, temperamental and shallow. He is vulgar. His attention span is short. He believes that his understanding of military strategy rivals that of four-star generals. He incites violence, mocks POW’s and disabled people, and is famously vengeful. His business dealings are shady, he stiffs contractors like no one’s business, and suggests that the US default on its debts and would not honor its commitments. If you’ve ever got burnt by a dishonest business partner, landlord, etc, you will recognize him as one of them. He lies. Regularly. He ran a fraudulent “university” to con students who didn’t know better.

Maybe you’re ok with this, but still think, at least he’ll turn this country around. What makes you think he has the ability to do this? Has he ever “turned things around”? His business that were failing, he let them file for bankruptcy. He says he’ll cut taxes and make a new, better public healthcare plan. But he shows no evidence to having given these important policy issues any thought. I mean do you know anything about his plans? If I said I’ll fix everything, would you elect me? If Warren Buffet or the Koch brothers said, look, I’m successful, elect me, would you even consider for a second electing them? They have zero experience or proven competence in running a government, even if they’ve run very successful businesses.

Now you’re thinking, well at least he’s not Hillary. She fought and succeeded in getting health care for first responders from 9/11. You might not believe it, but many fought against this, many for good reasons, but she pushed and got them the honor and help they deserve. She helped make Children’s Health Insurance Program happen, providing health care for many children, many from families we know. She succeeded in increasing NIH funding for cancer and asthma.

There are dozens and dozens of legislation that Clinton sponsored and helped push. Were they all good? Probably not. Were they all bad? Probably not. Can you look at that work and say she was doing it all for self-enrichment? I don’t think so. Did her worked positively impact millions and millions of people? Yes. Has it probably also hurt many many people? Probably. Every legislation, every policy that government creates helps some people and hurts some people. Always. That’s true on a federal level and state level, it’s true in your yeshiva and on YWN.

But can you point to even one thing that Mr. Trump has done to help other people? I don’t like the answer of saying he created thousands of jobs. He created thousands of jobs not because he was trying to help people according to the Rambam’s highest level of tzedakah. He did it to help boost his business interests. The larger his business, the more people working for him, the more cash in his pockets. Of course this helped many people who now had jobs, but let’s not kid ourselves that he did this for his own self-enrichment. So, can you think of one thing, one charity that he’s started, one legislation that he’s fought for, one anything that he’s done that has helped even a small fraction of the people for whom Clinton has directly helped? What makes you think that he will do anything to help the American people? If it enriches him, he’ll do it. Otherwise, I have no reason to think he would.

  6. To #6 M

Hillary endorses gay marriages and abortions for social and economic reasons—both are an abomination to HaShem. To the best of knowledge, Trump supports neither.

Torah values should be your only consideration in voting for any leaders be they in the USA or Yisrael !!

    A goy,
    Gerry Mullen

Suggest all Jews study and live by the Torah !!!

  7. Gerry — of course you’re smart enough to know that there are pro’s and con’s in both candidates. Candidates are bags with good and bad, and no matter who we elect, we’ll get some good and some bad.

If a candidate supported legalizing ever min ha’chai (is it illegal now?), would that bother you? Is they attempted to legalize blasphemy, would that bother you?

Halacha doesn’t recognize gay marriage, but there’s probably not much the next president can do make laws that prevent the federal government from recognizing it. So their stance on this does not matter so much to me. Also, I have no reason to think that Trump won’t change his mind and say gay marriage is fine with me. Also, remember that Trump was the man who said, “I will do everything in my power to protect LGBTQ citizens.” Doesn’t sound very anti to me.

Abortion? Any halachically-knowledgeable person will understand that “pro-life”‘s understanding of the laws of abortion are extremely different from those of the halacha. By the pro-life’s stance, R’ Moshe would probably be considered a heretic. Here too there’s no reason to believe that Trump actually cares at all about this issue or will do anything to change it. Also, remember when he said years ago: “I’m very pro-choice, I hate the concept of abortion. I hate it. I hate everything it stands for. I cringe when I listen to people debating the subject. But you still — I just believe in choice.” What makes you think he’ll flip back to that position as quickly as he flipped to the pro-life one?

  8. hey Gerry! you know the Jewish lingo with the best of them!:)

as an aside to M: a basic rule of bedating is dont say a whole megillah (even if everything you say is true) because nobody wants to hear a rant.

Gerry very possibly blew you out of the water with his 2 liner.

  9. Trump shares simple thoughts using simple words and sentences. They appeal to many people. But life is complex, and serious discussion doesn’t happen in twitter-sized messages. The rishonim and poskim didn’t write in sound bites because they understand that life, and halacha, are complex. Open an igros moshe or yechava da’as — they never use 2-liners, even about abortion, to blow anything out of the water.

  10. i wasnt talking about life I was talking about debating.
    life is complex.
debating cant be complex bc you’ll lose your audience.
this is a debating forum basically.

btw Im not arguing with your stances on Trump

  11. There is only one electable candidate in this election – and it’s NOT the candidate being investigated by the FBI (with a very real probability of being indicted). So Trump may be far from ideal but we want our next US president presiding in the white house, not from a jail cell.
