Most of the schools in the west end of Waterbury Connecticut were locked down as a precaution Wednesday after one person was shot during a bank robbery. The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.A massive PD search is underway. The incident happened at Webster Bank, located at 326 Highland Ave.
