2:00PM EST: An inbound tube in the Lincoln Tunnel has been shut down after an oversized tractor trailer entered the tube and got stuck inside, CBS 2 reports. Police say the truck drove into the south tube of the inbound lanes and slammed into overhead lights and tiles upon entering. Traffic has come to a complete stop as a result and there is a significant backup for inbound traffic.
