7:45PM EST: An Airtran flight from Cancun is being held on the tarmac at Baltimore-Washington International Airport, CBS station WJZ-TV reported.
Officials believe there may be a sick passenger on the plane. At about 7 p.m. EDT Tuesday, workers were seen entering the plane wearing protective masks. Baggage handlers unloading the plane were also wearing masks.
It was not clear if the passenger’s illness was related to swine flu.
The number of confirmed swine flu cases in the United States has risen to 68. An official with the Centers for Disease Control said Tuesday U.S. deaths from the outbreak are likely.

There have been a total of 208 confirmed cases ON THE ENTIRE PLANET, including seven (7) fatalities.
Last year 35,000 people died of the flu (not the Swine Flu).
