8:30PM EST: Williamsburg Hatzolah paramedics are currently operating at the scene of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle on Hewes Street and Williamsburg Street East. Patient is reportedly in serious condition, and is currently unresponsive.

The patient is being transported to Kings County Hospital.
