5:55PM EST: The NYPD in the 66th Precinct has called for a Level 1 response to 16th Avenue and 40th Street in regards to a person stabbed.

The exact address of the incident is reported by 1st Responder Wireless News to be 1579 40th Street. The condition of the victim is unknown. NYPD is working on a description of the suspect.

Hatzolah was not called for the incident.
