Sullivan County, NY – A woman was killed early Wednesday morning, when the vehicle she was traveling in crashed into a tree. The woman, named as Crystal Rose, a resident of Mountaindale, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Sullivan County Undersheriff Eric Chaboty told YWN that the investigation shows that the Hyundai Sonata she was driving on Wurtsboro Mountain Road and Short Drive, suddenly crossed into the eastbound lane, hit a rock on the shoulder, which caused the vehicle to go airborne, and then struck a tree.
