12:24: A tourist bus was targeted by Arabs throwing rocks at near the Tunnel Highway checkpoint in Gush Etzion. There were no injuries. The bus was damaged.
13:35: An 11-year-old chareidi child riding a bicycle in Ashdod was hit by a vehicle and seriously injured, apparently a head injury. He was transported to Kaplan Hospital in Rechovot.
13:56: A woman was seriously injured as a result of being hit by an armored truck in Ashdod. She was transported to the trauma unit of Sheba Medical Center in Tel Aviv.
14:09: A lone knife-wielding Arab male tried to stab a border policeman at the Machpelah inspection station in Chevron. No injuries. The suspect was taken into custody.
14:27: A senior citizen was seriously injured while traveling on a public bus in Beersheva when the driver stopped short. The elderly man was thrown to the ground. He was transported to the trauma unit of Soroka Hospital in serious condition.
15:33: 284 persons have been killed on the nation’s roadways in 2011, including motorists and pedestrians.
