Israel Ranked in 1st Tier in US State Dept. 2012 Trafficking in Persons Report

The US State Department on Tuesday, 19 June 2012, issued its 2012 Trafficking in Persons Report.  For the first time, the State of Israel ranked in the First Tier of countries in the context of the struggle against trafficking in persons.

The Justice Ministry released a statement that “it is pleased that Israel’s achievements in this struggle have been recognized. Government ministries, the Knesset and NGO’s worked together in order to bring about genuine change. The recognition of these efforts is a milestone for the State of Israel and Israeli society.”

  1. That the zionist state has allowed itself to become world famous for “sex tourism” is a disgrace that even the hilonim are embarassed about.

  2. For those of you who might have wondered or more likely been horrified by the fact that the entire border between Israel and Egypt has been wide open and not patrolled, now you know why. For years it has been the primary entry point for female sex slaves. Many for the local market but most for export.

There have been numerous “exposes” of this in the Israeli media and a number of Knesset investigations. Yet absolutely nothing has been done to improve the situation.

Over the years there have been very believable rumors that this is happening because high ranking persons in and out of the Government and IDF are making huge profits on this traffic. Occasionally names are named but nothing happens.

It has only been with the illegal influx on thousands of Africans, that real pressure has arisen to seal the border.

We can be sure that until an alternative rout is established, the border fence will not be finished. The financial loss to the fat cats would be too great.
