US Calls UNESCO Decision An ‘Affront To History’

United States Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley responded harshly to the UNESCO resolution declaring the Ma’aras HaMachpelah an endangered holy site in the “State of Palestine”, calling the latest UNESCO decision “tragic” and an “affront to history”, reflecting a clear change in the current administration’s policy as comparted to the former Obama administration.

In another UNESCO vote, just a few short months ago, the anti-Semitic body denied the Jewish People’s claim to Yerushalayim, including Har Habayis in yet another decision that lacked a minimum of historical accuracy.

Ambassador Haley added the decision “undermines the trust that is needed for the Israeli-Palestinian peace process to be successful,” and she believes it will harm efforts to renew talks.

Haley also signed the current administration may not just sit back while UNESCO continues with its obvious anti-Israel bias, stating “The United States is currently evaluating the appropriate level of its continued engagement at UNESCO.”

  1. 1. How much of this is Trump and how much as Halley?
    2. She seems to be building up credentials if the Republicans need to seek qualified people for higher office (and if the voters decide that qualifications matter).

  2. It is such a rare sight, and a gift from Hashen to see a non-Jewish politician in such a powerful position understand so clearly the lies and falsification thrown at Israel.
Haley is a rare sight how she knows all too well that these are poisonous lies, and she will not tolerate it one bit.
Good for her,and may she continue and be successgul.
