Rebitzen Chavah Esther Lefkowitz A�H was niftar on erev Shabbos Chol Hamoed Sukkos in Bnei Brak�s Mayanei HaYeshua Hospital at the age of 98. She was the widow of HaGaon HaRav Michal Yehuda Lefkowitz ZT�L.

The rebitzen was born to HaGaon Rav Avraham Yitzchak Gershnowitz ZT�L, who was known as the �Zavinkar Tzaddik� (???????? ???? ). She arrived in Eretz Yisrael after the war and married HaGaon HaRav Michal.

The levaya took place on erev Shabbos at 4:30PM and kvura was in the Ponevezh Cemetery at her husband�s side.
