The badly-needed rainfall that began on Tuesday morning, 3 Kislev in Eretz Yisrael did not bring a bracha for this truck driver, whose vehicle is stuck in a portion of the road which collapsed in the area of the Rehovot industrial area. Police closed the area road down.

The forecast calls for rainfall throughout periods of Tuesday and Wednesday.
