Lottery For 8,000 Apartments In Israel Is Launched

The registration for the third big apartment lottery in Israel has opened. Approximately 8,000 eligible people will join the affordable housing owners.

Today, Sunday, 15 Kislev, the registration opened for the third large “price per occupant” (affordable housing) lottery, for thousands of housing units throughout Israel, including apartments in Jerusalem, Mevasseret Zion, Gan Yavne, Ashkelon, Nahariya, Beit Shemesh, Eilat and more.

The upcoming lottery combines several first-of-its-kind projects. For the first time as part of the “Cost per occupant” project, residential units will be rolled out in Arab communities in Nazareth, Nahaf and Kfar Manda, and for the first time a lottery will be held in Maale Adumim, Yavneh and Beer Yaakov. The total will include 7,801 housing units in 23 communities throughout the country.

All sweepstakes are for Series A + B, with preference given to Series A. This is a line for all eligible Series B, who have been waiting for their turn to participate in the sweepstakes. Now they have the opportunity to register for all sweepstakes. Lottery results to be announced by the end of December.
