Minister Shaked Appears Ready To Appoint Israel’s First Female Chareidi Judge

Addressing a women’s conference earlier in the week, Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked stated she is determined to appoint a chareidi woman as a judge in Israel since this has yet to occur. She signaled this may occur sooner rather than later, possibly when the appointment committee convenes on February 22, 2018. The senior minister did not give a clue as to who the appointment may be but the only chareidi candidate on the list is for a slot on the Jerusalem Magistrate Court. Attorney Chavi Toker appears to be the female candidate Shaked has in mind.

Toker graduated Beis Yaakov HaChadasha in Yerushalayim and a daughter-in-law of Rabbi Nachman Toker ZT”L, a former head of the Chevron Yeshiva Givat Mordechai.

  1. This is an absurd concept. If the woman is in reality a Torah Jew, she will not participate in such an action. There is a clear and universally accepted rule that a woman is forbidden to hold any public office. This includes being a MK as well. Therefor no “Hareidi” woman would ever become a Dayan let alone a secular judge.

The Torah haters in the media have promoted for decades the idea that Hareidi is some sort of ethnic group. They have been so successful in their efforts that they have even convinced many of the “Hareidim” that they are a separate entity and not part of the Jewish people. This is horrible is so many ways. The ones who benefit the most from this fraud are the Torah haters. By artificially dividing the Jewish people into hostile “ethnic” groups, they maintain their control over the State.
