Chareidi Teen Drowning Victim Remains In Serious Condition

The 16-year-old chareidi teen, Chaim Yehuda ben Leah, who drowned on an Ashdod beach on Sunday, 23 Nissan, remains in serious condition. The father, Daniel, a resident of Tel Tzion, thanks the tzibur and calls for continued tefilos on his sons behalf. His call is echoed by his wife, Leah.

United Hatzalah EMT Eliyahu Shain explained they responded to a call for a young man extricated from the water by a jet ski whose operator saw the youth drowning. They began CPR and Bchasdei Hashem, his spontaneous pulse returned.

As the summer approaches, swimmers are urged to only swim in beaches that have lifeguards and not to enter the water if and when they are not present, such as off hours.
