United Hatzalah EMT Eliyahu Shain explained they responded to a call for a young man extricated from the water by a jet ski whose operator saw the youth drowning. They began CPR and B�chasdei Hashem, his spontaneous pulse returned.

As the summer approaches, swimmers are urged to only swim in beaches that have lifeguards and not to enter the water if and when they are not present, such as off hours.
