Police were out in force at Jerusalems Kikar Shabbos and the Meah Shearim/Geula areas shortly before 11:00AM Wednesday morning, 3 Iyar, Memorial Day. Police were instructed to confiscate the signs held by protesters and disperse them prior to the sounding of the two-minute Memorial Day Siren.
Police also instructed a young man who came with a scooter draped with Israeli flags to leave the area, putting an end to his provocation.
