In the photos, the rav is seen on erev Rosh Chodesh Menachem Av being mispallel in Har Chotzvim, overlooking Har Habayis.

I’m pretty sure that the article should read that he was at “Har Hatzofim” (which overlooks the Har Habayis) as opposed to “Har Chotzvim”, which does not have that view.
Why isnt he davening On Har Habayit? Is every charedi rabbi a gaon?
