The battle against increasing Chilul Shabbos in Israel R�L is moving to a new venue, Rishon L�Tzion, where a major concert is scheduled to take place in the city�s Heichal HaTarbut Auditorium this coming Shabbos, Shabbos Nachamu.

It is reported the hall is quite large, and regularly hosts Shabbos events, including baptism events R�L in the past, operated by missionaries operating in Israel.

There are also reports that Deputy Mayor (Shas) Aryeh Cohen has given his approval for operating the auditorium on Shabbos as well, explaining it is operated by non-Jews. However, persons involved in the campaign to prevent chilul Shabbos insist they checked into the matter, and the hall is operated by Jews, not goyim.
